The Addressing Women’s Health Inequities initiative focuses on research, education, and programming to prevent and address health inequities affecting women in the United States and globally. Experts at Johns Hopkins School of Nursing partner with the Institute for Policy Solutions to develop evidence-based, nurse-led policy and programmatic solutions to eliminate women’s health inequities in the following core area:

Maternal Health 

Fostering collaborations between local and global community-based organizations to develop evidence-based programs for perinatal care with the goal of addressing maternal health disparities.
