Program Description: This program explores how artificial intelligence is reshaping the future of healthcare by enhancing nursing practice and leadership. Participants will discover how AI-driven tools can support clinical decision-making, streamline workflows, and improve patient outcomes—empowering nurses and healthcare providers to lead innovation and drive change in a rapidly evolving healthcare landscape. Participants will develop a practical action plan tailored to their organizational or clinical context. This program aims to reinforce knowledge acquisition, support real-world application, and inform continuous improvement of future seminars.

Using interactive case studies, AI projects, role play, and action plan development, participants will:

  • Define key concepts and terminology related to artificial intelligence (AI) in healthcare.
  • Describe ways AI can be applied to improve patient outcomes and support clinical practice.
  • Identify opportunities and challenges in implementing AI in clinical environments.
  • Recognize increased confidence in using or engaging with AI technologies in the clinical setting.
