Monique Daniels is the Associate Director of Lifelong Learning in the Office of Executive Education & Lifelong Learning at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing, where she leads strategic initiatives that advance continuing education, professional development, and non-degree programming. With more than 20 years of experience in higher education and lifelong learning, she is committed to expanding access to high-quality opportunities for professionals, community partners, and non-traditional learners.

In her role, Monique oversees program development, financial planning, operations, and partnerships that support sustainable growth and enhance learner outcomes. Her work focuses on designing and scaling innovative continuing education programs, collaborating with faculty and external organizations, and aligning educational offerings with institutional priorities and evolving workforce needs.

Monique has held positions at Towson University, Loyola University Maryland, Loyola Clinical Centers, and the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. She has directed the Research Coordinator Training Program since 2013 and serves as Director of Community Partnership for the Chicago Parent Program. Her leadership reflects a sustained commitment to curriculum innovation, strategic planning, organizational development, and the delivery of accessible learning experiences across online, hybrid, and in-person formats.

Driven by a passion for lifelong learning and workforce development, Monique is dedicated to fostering collaborative partnerships and developing educational programs that strengthen professional practice and improve outcomes for learners and the communities they serve.
