Jihane Frangieh is track Director of the MSN Healthcare Organizational Leadership Programs. A seasoned nurse (20 years’ experience) with a clinical focus in neonatal nursing, she is an emerging health services researcher focusing on work environment. leadership, and health care quality assessment and improvement.

Her research looks at the behaviors of the health care workforce—specifically on the role of nursing leadership in creating and sustaining healthy work environments. She is interested in enhancing nurse leadership skills and consequently improving patient outcomes, organizational performance, and staff retention.

Dr. Frangieh has a passion for teaching, coaching, and mentoring prospective students, enabling them to reach their full potential. She is a recipient of the Dorsye Russel Nursing Leadership Award and the Martha M. Borlick Research Award.
