SON Help Desk

For problems with your computer, you can contact the SON Help Desk by emailing [email protected]. You can also contact us during normal business hours at (410) 614-8800 or by going to Room S315, but availability of staff is dependent on workload. Please note the SON Help Desk is not staffed on evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Help with a specific course related issue (Canvas)

Students can login to Canvas and select any class they are having issues with. From the Home tab, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the Support picture. There you will find all available 24/7 support options.


If you are having difficulty logging into your e-mail, or other systems that ask for your JHED ID, you can contact the Central IT Help Desk who can help you with a password reset or other login related issue.
