When to contact SEAM – Office of Student Records
The Office of Student Enrollment and Account Management (SEAM) is available to help with questions about billing, records and registration, and financial aid. They offer in-person and virtual appointments, as well as an online form to submit information about your case and request assistance. In-person services are available at the East Baltimore Campus Monday-Friday, 8a.m.-4p.m.
Questions and requests from students should be submitted through SEAM so that they can be routed to the appropriate team.
