Introduce to the SON ZhiRu Li, BSN, RN Visit: 11/2/2024 – 11/1/2025 University: Zhejiang University, China Faculty Mentor:  Nancy Reynolds, PhD, RN, ANP, FAAN, Professor, Associate Dean of Global Affairs, Director for Center for Global Initiatives Overview:  Ms. Li will work with Dr. Reynolds to research study on promoting intra-abdominal pressure monitoring in pediatric intensive care units based on an implementation scientific framework and interruption time series design. Also, to research various implementations of scientific frameworks such as PEDALs, the CIFR framework, COM-B framework.  Please welcome Ms. Li to the School of Nursing. Audience: All JHSON
