Dimensions of Nursing – Celebrating LGBTQIA+ Pride Month
The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing is committed to highlighting the experiences, research, and practice of various identities belonging to our nursing community. It is a priority for us to amplify the voices belonging to underrepresented communities while providing equitable and accessible opportunities for education and healthcare within our Nursing programs.
For this month, we are Celebrating LGBTQIA+ Pride Month at JHSON. Each month will highlight diverse and unique populations within our community. Alexander Murphy, assistant director of Admissions for diversity initiatives and recruitment, will facilitate a discussion among current students and faculty who are involved in advocacy and policy from a nursing perspective.
