A special task force of the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing is exploring development of a Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) program. A key element to the task force planning and processes will be responses from current and future nurses to the brief web-based needs assessment survey now available at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s.asp?u=293172967900.

The survey takes less than 15 minutes to complete and is in three parts – 10 questions requiring a response, 10 questions that are optional to answer, and selected demographic questions.
