This September, master’s-prepared nurses have two opportunities to learn more about the Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing (JHUSON): an online chat and a live info session held at the school. Both forums will feature faculty, administration, and admissions staff to discuss application requirements and answer questions from prospective students.
The first Hopkins DNP class will launch in January 2008 with subsequent classes beginning in September each year. The innovative curriculum of 38 credits can be completed in four semestersthrough both distance learning and executive-style immersion learning.
