This July, prospective students are invited and encouraged to learn more about the Business of Nursing program at the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing (JHUSON). At a special information session Thursday, July 17 from 5 to 6 pm, JHUSON Associate Professor Kathleen White will discuss the benefits of the program and curriculum and Christopher Boyle, Admissions and Student Services Officer, will address the admissions process.
The Business of Nursing program is a 12-credit certificate program. Courses begin each September for the 10-month program, which is intended to complement a bachelors or masters degree and teach essential skills to aid nurses to advance professionally in managed-care settings.
