For problems with your computer, you can contact the SON Help Desk by emailing You can also contact us during normal business hours at (410) 614-8800 or by going to Room S315, but availability of staff is dependent on workload. Please note the SON Help Desk is not staffed on evenings, weekends, or holidays.

Help with a specific course related issue (blackboard)

Students can login to Blackboard and select "Student Support Services" under any course to view 24/7 support options that are available.


If you are having difficulty logging into your e-mail, Blackboard, or other systems that ask for your JHED ID, you can contact the Central IT Help Desk who can help you with a password reset or other login related issue.
