Amanda Rohde, a doctoral prepared Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner, is a faculty member in the MEN Program as well as the DNP/AP Program Simulation Coordinator. She is a Certified Nurse Educator. Dr. Rohde graduated Cum Laude as a Cohen’s Scholar from the Doctor of Nursing Practice Adult/Gerontology Primary Care Program at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing. She earned her MSN, with a focus in nursing education, and BSN degrees from Towson University. Dr. Rohde has 10 years of experience as a registered nurse and two years of experience as an Adult/Gero Primary Care Nurse Practioner, specializing in Geriatric Urology. She is a SOURCE Academy Fellow and a 2023 NLN Nurse Leader. Her research and publications are in the areas of nursing education and simulation.
