Elizabeth Rose Mayeda, PhD is an Associate Professor in the Department of Epidemiology at the University of California Los Angeles Fielding School of Public Health. Dr. Mayeda is an expert in dementia epidemiology and epidemiologic methods. Her research focuses on describing and identifying mechanisms contributing to disparities in late-life cognitive and brain health. Dr. Mayeda’s seminar will be on Monday, March 3 from 3:30pm – 5:00pm and is entitled Toward Health Equity in Brain Aging: Epidemiologic Approaches for Better Evidence. The seminar will take place at 2024 E. Monument Street, Powe Room 1-500Q. We encourage you to attend in person; a Zoom option is also available.
