About the February Brown Bag:

Sharing your data and code beyond your immediate research team has become commonplace, and often a condition of receiving funding or publishing a manuscript.

Join JHU Data Services on Wednesday, February 12th from 12 PM – 1 PM as they discuss how their various services can help researchers with the data sharing process. In addition, our speakers will highlight trends and new policies around data sharing and management.

This Brown Bag is also an opportunity for the audience to share about the challenges that JH researchers and administrators face with data sharing. Betsy and Dave have prepared a number of questions to ask and hope to identify ways to alleviate these pain points.

Speakers:

  • Betsy Gunia, Data Management Consultant, JHU Data Services, Sheridan Libraries
  • Dave Fearon, Data Management Specialist, JHU Data Services, Sheridan Libraries
