Date/Time:
Tuesday, May 21, 2024 (3:00pm – 4:00pm)

Details:
The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing is committed to highlighting the experiences, research, and practice of various identities in our nursing community. It is a priority for us to amplify the voices belonging to underrepresented communities while providing equitable and accessible opportunities for education and healthcare within our Nursing programs.

For this month’s Diversity Dimensions virtual session will celebrate and discuss student and faculty research, practice, and experiences within Asian-American and Pacific Islander identifying populations. Each month will highlight diverse and unique populations within our community. Alexander Murphy, the assistant director of Admissions for diversity initiatives and recruitment will facilitate this discussion where participants can learn more about how Hopkins Nurses impact the care provided to various communities within these identities.
