The Federal Work-Study program provides part-time employment to students who demonstrate financial need. Students who participate in the program earn income to help off-set education expenses.
The program encourages work related to the student’s program of study and in community service. Many community service opportunities are available. Federal work-study positions pay between $15.00 – $20.00 per hour. Students can work up to 19 hours per week and may only hold one work-study position. Work-study will begin around mid-July and always end at the end of the Spring term.
