Student Employment Opportunities

The Federal Work-Study program provides part-time employment to students who demonstrate financial need. Students who participate in the program earn income to help off-set education expenses.

The program encourages work related to the student’s program of study and in community service.  Many community service opportunities are available.  Federal work-study positions pay between $15.00 – $20.00 per hour. Students can work up to 19 hours per week and may only hold one work-study position. Work-study will begin around mid-July and always end at the end of the Spring term. To be considered, you must complete the application process described under Apply for Financial Aid, work study positions can be found at SMILE.
