Joanne Conway Student Support Fund

At the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, we cultivate nurse leaders. The Joanne Conway Student Support Fund provides students in financial crisis or duress access to much needed resources and the ability to continue their education with minimal disruption.

The Joanne Conway Student Support Fund helps students cover unforeseen expenses including but not limited to rent, food, essential utilities, childcare, medical bills, medical equipment,  essential personal belongings that were lost as result of a natural disaster, fire, flood, or theft, and travel expenses to return home in event of a sudden family death or emergency.

To be eligible for the Joanne Conway Student Support Fund, students must meet the following criteria:

  • Be currently enrolled as a  degree or certificate-seeking student at the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing.
  • Have considered and/or exhausted all other sources of financial aid.

If you are a student in need of emergency funding, please contact Student Affairs or SON Student Financial Services, to receive the application form.

The Joanne Conway Student Support Fund honors the legacy of Joanne Conway. Through the Bedford Falls Foundation, Bill and Joanne Conway have provided invaluable support of future nurse leaders.
