The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program will undergo the accreditation process with the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) October 19-21. CCNE visitors will examine the quality and integrity of the DNP program.
Johns Hopkins University is accredited by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The baccalaureate and master’s programs of the School of Nursing are fully accredited by the National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) and the CCNE. Additionally, the baccalaureate and master’s programs are approved by the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses. The baccalaureate, master’s, and doctoral programs are endorsed by the Maryland State Board for Higher Education.
