On Saturday, September 23, 2006, at 2 p.m. in the Alumni Auditorium of the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing in Baltimore, MD, family, friends, and School of Nursing colleagues will celebrate the life of Stephanie Leigh Gorman Lyons.
Lyons passed away on Saturday, September 16, 2006. She was 33 years old. A Returned Peace Corps Volunteer, Lyons graduated from the Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing accelerated baccalaureate program in July of 2004. She was currently in her second year of the graduate Family Nurse Practitioner program.
She is survived by her husband, Edward Lyons, Jr.; mother, Elaine Merrill; sisters Kathryn Sharp and Tanya Gorman; and aunts, uncles, cousins and scores of friends.
