Thelma Ogochukwu Ejimofor is a PhD nursing student and T32 Fellowship recipient. She earned her undergraduate degree in Health Education from Morgan State University and her MSN from Johns Hopkins. Born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland, to Nigerian immigrant parents, she brings a personal and cultural perspective to her work as a psychiatric and public health nurse. Her current research interests include suicide prevention, immigrant mental health, and culturally responsive approaches to reducing mental health disparities in underserved communities.
