Rebecca Singer Cohen is a DNP and PhD Candidate whose research and clinical practice aims to improve the clinical care of children in foster care with palliative care needs.
Rebecca is a registered nurse who cares for children with medical complexity (inpatient and home care). Previously, Rebecca was an EMT with the Montgomery County, MD, Fire & Rescue Service and worked with the Johns Hopkins Unified/Hospital Incident Commands.
Rebecca holds a Master’s of Science in Nursing from Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, and a Master’s in Public Policy from The George Washington University. Rebecca has worked in health services research/health policy for over 20 years.
