Masters Programs
The MSN Entry into Nursing program embraces an interdisciplinary approach that enables students with a bachelor’s degree in another discipline to enter the nursing profession, continue studies through a doctoral program, or provide clinical experience toward advanced practice nursing.
The MSN in Healthcare Organizational Leadership program uses evidence-based practice principles to provide students with the tools they need to manage, evaluate, and improve patient care in an evolving healthcare delivery system.
The MSN/MBA dual degree program prepares students to provide exceptional patient care, while effecting positive change at health care leadership and corporate levels. Students learn how to use evidence-based data analysis to help set organizational policy and priorities, while being ever-mindful of patient needs
CERTIFICATE Programs
Post-degree certificates offer an opportunity for further specialization in a field. Certificate disciplines include: Healthcare Organizational Leadership, Nursing Education, and Psychiatric Mental Health NP.

The DNP Executive track also offers the option of a dual MPH degree with the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health for nurse leaders who want to address the most critical public health challenges of our time.
The DNP Executive track also offers the option of a dual MBA degree with the Johns Hopkins Carey Business School for nurse leaders who want to promote the best clinical care while understanding the health system bottom line.
The PhD in Nursing program is taught by our world-renowned nursing faculty and enables students to develop the skills they need to implement a scientific research program and advance their careers. Students have access to cutting-edge facilities and opportunities for interdisciplinary collaboration with noted researchers throughout Johns Hopkins University.

Where Are They Now: Lee Kirby
Lee Kirby graduated from the MSN (Entry Into Nursing) program in 2020. As a returned Peace Corps volunteer, Kirby has always felt the need to help people beyond the borders of the U.S., whether leading hospice care classes at an AIDS clinic in Costa Rica or leading various health promotion projects, such as building a latrine at the local clinic in Mozambique. Now, with his nursing degree at the ready, Kirby applies his knowledge and passion to disadvantaged populations around the globe.
