The 2024 Isabel Hampton Robb Lecture was presented by Jason Farley, PhD, MPH, ANP-BC, FAAN, FAANP, AACRN. Dr. Farley is a renowned nurse scientist and the inaugural Leadership and Innovation Endowed Chair at the Johns Hopkins school of Nursing. Dr. Farley also directs the Center for Infectious Disease and Nursing Innovation (CIDNI).
Dr. Farley focused the lecture on the implementation and outcomes of his research advancing treatment models and addressing structural and social determinants of health for patients in South Africa suffering from TB and HIV. Dr. Farley shared many valuable insights highlighting areas of progress and where more improvements can be made.
