Craig Pollack, MD, MHS, has been installed as the inaugural Katey Ayers Endowed Associate Professor, shared between the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing and in the Department of Health Policy and Management at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
“Throughout Dr. Pollack’s career, he has prioritized social determinants of health looking at things like economic barriers and community stability. He fits right in here at nursing, where this is our wheelhouse,” says Dean Sarah Szanton.
“Dr. Pollack is devoted to making our homes places of security instead of suffering,” says Ron Daniels, president of Johns Hopkins.
