Teaching Strategies, Resources, and Innovations
The Provost’s Annual DELTA Teaching Forum on Thursday, May 1 is a day for the Johns Hopkins community to discuss teaching strategies, resources, and innovations used across the university. Anyone with instructional responsibilities—faculty, staff, and students—is invited to join in-person (Bloomberg Hall @ Homewood Campus) or via Zoom. The opening keynote will be delivered by Neil Richards, Koch Distinguished Professor at Washington University School of Law, who will discuss the future of teaching with AI from an ethical perspective. The pre-lunch plenary is an interactive performance led by Professor Carl Dupont who will be accompanied by Associate Professor Richard Johnson from the Peabody Institute. They will explore improvisation in the age of brain science with the opportunity for participants to learn practical applications for teaching.
