Professor Cynda H. Rushton, PhD, RN, FAAN, has been named a 2014 Hastings Center Fellow for her eminent accomplishments in bioethics. With the addition of six new inductees, the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing (JHSON) reports that forty-two percent of its full-time faculty are now fellows of the American Academy of Nursing (FAAN), recognized as one of the most prestigious honors in the nursing profession.  Dean Patricia Davidson, who was inducted last year, says becoming a FAAN is a momentous professional recognition. “Each inductee has incredible abilities, and this unusually high percentage of FAANs is reflective of our school’s  leadership in education, research and practice, locally and globally.”...Click here to read more.
