The Palliative Care Student Interest Group is excited to welcome Dr. Rab Razzak and one of his patients to offer a special presentation on provider and patient palliative care.
Dr. Rab Razzak is a hospice and palliative medicine specialist at Hopkins and has spoken before about his practice and empowering his patients. We will open the floor to listen to his experience as a provider, as well as his patient's experience choosing a palliative approach. Please join us for this unique perspective. Refreshments will be provided.

In this workshop we will take an introductory look at network analysis and its basic underlying components of the and discuss some ways that researchers are currently using the method. We’ll also identify types of online tools and software, discuss how to choose the best option for you, and construct a basic data set in excel. Finally, we will have demo of free and open source network visualization software Gephi. This is a basic introduction, no prior experience is necessary.
