Join Students Affairs and Justin Jacques Ed.S., LPC, CAC II, ACS, NCC, JHSAP Clinician - for a session on recognizing signs and symptoms of stress for JHSON students.

Student Affairs has set up time for you to meet with the Johns Hopkins Student Assistance Program to discuss stress in consideration of the unprecedented impact of COVID-19 and the need to be constantly flexible and adapt to constant change, restrictions, and new ways of being.

We recognize there may be numerous pressures due to work and life demands that are now complicated by current experiences. We offer this time for you to learn about and discuss recognizing signs and symptoms of various degrees of stress and how to manage this stress including: coping, self-care, supporting one another, and resources. We hope that you can join this important session!

Please RSVP. Grab and go snacks provided.
