The Office for Science and Innovation (OSI) is pleased to announce that Erin Spaulding, PhD Candidate, will be hosting a workshop with a focus on using REDCap for project management, data collection, and data management.

Are you considering whether you should use REDCap to collect and manage data for your study? Are you planning to use REDCap but are not sure how to get started in setting up your project? Do you have a REDCap project up and running but are also simultaneously using other methods for project management and data collection like Excel? If so, you should attend this workshop on using REDCap for project management, data collection, and data management. Topics to be covered include: what REDCap offers over other data collection and management systems, REDCap tiers, using REDCap for screening participants and general project management, developing data entry forms and surveys for various study designs, managing user rights and data access groups, generating reports, and exporting data to statistical software.

Erin Spaulding is the Project Coordinator for the Johns Hopkins, Myocardial infarction, COmbined-device, Recovery Enhancement (MiCORE) study. As such, she developed and now manages a multi-site REDCap project for this study.

This workshop will be recorded and livestreamed via Zoom.
