You are invited to a Safe Zone training hosted by the School of Nursing Office of Student Affairs and JHU LGBTQ Life, and the Gertrude Stein Society RSVP Here By 9/28/2019 : Safe Zone Training

The training will be held April 13 from 4:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in SON Room 10.  Dinner will be served, so please remember to RSVP.

A Safe Zone training will help you become a better ally for the lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBTQ) community. The training covers respectful terminology, the needs of the LGBTQ community, campus experiences, and inclusion in the classroom. At the end of the training, participants are given a colorful Safe Zone logo in order to visibly demonstrate their support for the LGBTQ community. With your help, we can make the School of Nursing a safe and inclusive place for everyone to learn!

Dinner will be served, please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.
