Biography

Jessica Draughon is a graduate of the MSN Clinical Nurse Specialist program at Johns Hopkins with a focus in forensic nursing. Her research area is the intersection between HIV and gender-based violence with a goal of improving long-term health outcomes following sexual assault. Her dissertation research is a mixed-methods study examining HIV Postexposure Prophylaxis (HIV PEP) following sexual assault using web-based survey technology.
