Prior to becoming an Assistant Director in Medical Nursing, Eleni was a nurse manager for 13 years, specialized in motivating and inspiring staff by promoting strengths-based leadership. She earned her MSN and MBA from Johns Hopkins.

- Helped to create an admission predictive model for patients scheduled in the cardiovascular catheterization laboratory
- Had the opportunity to conduct a charge nurse workshop twice in 2015 in Saudi Arabia for Johns Hopkins Saudi ARAMCO Hospital
