Congratulations!  We can’t wait to have you join us.  Please use this page as a resource as you prepare to start the program and let us know if you have any questions.

Honoring our commitment to creating an inclusive environment that fosters excellence within our programs and community, the Office of Admissions and Office for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion hosts a virtual celebratory happy hour and networking event which offers a chance to meet other newly admitted students, current students and faculty.

Virtual Accepted Students Day

Date and Time: Friday, February 9, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.

Our virtual Accepted Students Day is a time to celebrate you as a recently accepted student and this outstanding accomplishment! This virtual event, designed specifically for you, will provide key information to help you envision your success throughout the MSN Entry into Nursing program. Each session will aim to provide a focus themed around “The Available Enrichment Opportunities”.

During this virtual Accepted Students Day, you can anticipate hearing from our Executive Vice Dean, Dr. Robert Atkins, program faculty highlighting enrichment opportunities available to you as a nursing student, current students with ways to stay connected and involved outside of the classroom, as well as information from our Director of Student Affairs with information about how the SON can support you as a new student.

Date and Time: Thursday, February 29, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.

In-Person Accepted Students Day
Date and Time: Friday, April 5, 2024 at 8:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing will host an Accepted Students Day event for our Fall 2024 MSN Entry into Nursing admitted students. The event will include simulation demonstrations, a building tour, question and answer sessions with faculty and current students, information on housing, financial aid, registration, and other student services.

We are asking that only admitted students attend the morning session discussions. We invite one guest to join us for lunch (12:00 p.m. ET) through the conclusion of the event.
RSVPs will be required for this event.
