Audra Rankin is certified as a pediatric mental health specialist, certified lactation counselor, and certified nurse educator and has a scholarly interest in childhood obesity prevention strategies. In 2014, she co-authored a children’s book, Gordon Galloway’s Mealtime Makeover, encouraging healthy lifestyle changes in families. She was named a 2016 American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN) Faculty Policy Fellow and is past-president of the Kentucky Chapter of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners.
