Due to popular demand, Yoga in the Park is happening twice a month while the weather is still beautiful! 🌞

Join us for some much-needed relaxation and connection. Our amazing instructor Emily will guide you through a peaceful outdoor flow 🌿🧘 Some more about the class:

Emily recieved her 200hr yoga teacher training at The University of Vermont. In her experience teaching college students and patients with chronic pain, she has adopted an inclusive and truama informed practice that focuses on incorporating the understanding of biomechanics into her stress-relieving yoga.

The class offered in the courtyard will have a focus on soothing common mental and physical tension points experienced by nursing students. It will include a focus on realigning and opening common areas of tightness—the back, shoulders, and hips. This class will provide you with breathing and stretching techniques that you can take with you into your own practice. All that is needed is to bring yourself, although it is encouraged to bring a yoga mat if you have one. Some yoga mats will be provided. All levels welcome—can’t wait to see you there! 🧘‍♀️🌿
