Overview

This course consists of didactic presentations and small group workshops to keep pediatricians, family practitioners and other child health clinicians up to date on a number of clinical practice recommendations relevant topics to pediatric primary care. Some of the topics to be covered include: childhood obesity; asthma; substance use disorders; food allergies; atopic dermatitis; rheumatologic disorders; gender affirming care; syncope; depression and suicide; immunizations; hypertension; contraception and much more.

Objectives
  1. Discuss the latest immunization recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP).
  2. Discuss strategies for patients and families managing Long COVID19.
  3. Identify effective ways to identify and manage depression and suicide risk with adolescents.
  4. Discuss the latest updates and recommendations for patients with Autism.
