Diversity Dimensions: The Intersection of Public Health and Nursing

Date/Time:
Tuesday, December 10, 2024 (3:00pm – 4:00pm)

Details:
The Johns Hopkins University School of Nursing is committed to highlighting the experiences, research, and practice of various identities in our nursing community. It is a priority for us to amplify the voices belonging to underrepresented communities while providing equitable and accessible opportunities for education and health care within our Nursing programs.

For this month’s Diversity Dimensions virtual session we will highlight the intersection of public health and nursing and how these chosen career paths intersect. Each month will highlight diverse and unique populations within our community. For this discussion, Laura Panozzo, Associate Director of Admissions, will facilitate how students and faculty engage in research and practice in these intersecting fields.
