Accrediting Organizations

Johns Hopkins University is accredited by Middle States Commission on Higher Education. The baccalaureate and master's programs of the School of Nursing are fully accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE). Additionally, the baccalaureate and master's programs are approved by the Maryland State Board of Examiners of Nurses. The baccalaureate, master's and doctoral programs are endorsed by the Maryland State Board for Higher Education.

DNP Accreditation

The School's Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) program went through the accreditation process with the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) in fall 2009 and received full accreditation until 2015.
